Yinfei Duan
I am Yinfei Duan, currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Translating Research in Elder Care (TREC) research program working with Dr. Carole Estabrooks at the University of Alberta Faculty of Nursing. I received my PhD in nursing from the University of Minnesota in May 2020. My research interests include the quality of life for older adults receiving long-term care, and the interplay among individuals, psychosocial, and environmental factors in shaping the well-being of this population. My current work focuses on knowledge translation in LTC settings, of which the goal is to translate research into practice to improve quality outcomes, and to advance knowledge translation science in LTC settings.
